Strawberry-Spinach Salad with Poppy Seed Dressing

Here's my recipe for the perfect summer salad-

1 pint strawberries (sliced)
1 lb spinach leaves
1/2 cup sliced almonds (or the nut of your choice)

1 cup salad oil
1/2 cup sugar (don't you dare use Splenda!)
1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
1 tsp dry mustard
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp poppy seeds
Serve dressing on the side

Serve with raspberry lemonade and crusty bread on the back porch.

Why thank you Lily Purl for that great salad receipe. Now don't try to tell me you don't use Splenda. Why honey, with that svelte figure of yours, I can't imagine you use *real* sugar...
