Just a very quick update... I had a great time visiting my family at Island Girl's home. Their home is so lovely and accommodating. Makes one never want to leave! I know I didn't but of course, I had all my kids with me. Back to reality.
And for Mini Island Boy I knit up a quick Pumpkin Hat, all knit in cotton from Peaches N Creme. And I have been making my annual applesauce. Stayman Winesap apples from North GA orchard named
Panorama. I put up 23 pints. Last year I had to make the sauce from Pink Ladys because I was too late for Winesap. Never again do I plan on making that mistake! While it was good, the Winesap is the best, in my opinion..
